WHAT DO I GET?

Introductory session and measurements

An initial session to talk you through the program, explain the plan, the points, and answer any questions. The program can be done either as a group or individually (we always recommend to have at least one person do it with you! it’s great for motivation!) . During this sessions we will take your waist and hip measurements as well as measure your body composition to give you your baseline numbers. Measurements are optional though!

One free physiotherapy or osteopathy session

One of the biggest barriers to entry to health and fitness is injury or just general muscle tightness and fatigue. Pain with movement is a big deterrent. But there are ways to not only improve the pain and recover from injury, but also to work around the problem area while you are healing. Sometimes it is just the inconvenience or the time it takes to make the appointment. We hear you and we’ll make it easier. If it’s general overall aches and pains, tightness and fatigue, an osteopath is right for you. If it’s a known injury that’s giving you the problem, see our physiotherapist. Don’t Wait!

Facebook Group

For our group programs, we support the program through a dedicated Facebook group where we have a lot of fun! You’ll support each other, post recipes, give encouragement and share information and experiences. And you of course have access to Stacey and other practitioners throughout the program.

Weekly Workouts

We’ll post weekly workouts to help keep you moving. The workouts will just be suggestions, though. If you prefer to walk, do Zumba, go to bootcamp, or cycle, swim or anything! That’s fine. We want you to love how you move.

Useful Information

We aren’t just making suggestions because we think they sound good. We give you the information to back up or recommendations so you can make your own informed choices. Curious about low-carb vs. low-fat dieting for example, we’ll help separate fact from fiction on topics including nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, and general well-being.

Weekly Leaderboard

For those who want to kick up the competition, you’ll send your scorecards to Stacey each week, she’ll tally up your scores and post a weekly top 3! If you just prefer to keep score yourself, that cool too!

Wrap up session!

After the 28 days are completed, we’ll meet again to talk through the results, retake measurements and congratulate everyone on a great 4 weeks of healthy living!
