We know there is a crazy amount of information out there on the best diet, most effective exercise, and on almost everything else related to health and fitness. We are here to sort through that for you and put together the best plan possible for to help you feel stronger and healthier than at any other age. We have have a full team of support to help you succeed in your 28 day challenge and beyond!

Check with our physiotherapist if you are experiencing pain. Ask our nutritionist if you aren’t sure about a particular food, or naturopath if you are worried about a particular health issue. Don’t let these things get in the way of taking that first step. Our team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths and nutritionist are here to help get you back on track and stay that way. We are here to guide you and support you the entire way!

The Team

Stacey Raza, MSc

Stacey has her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and holds the designation of Licensed Dietitian Nutrition in the US. She holds her BSc in Exercise Science and is a certified health coach. Her passion is helping her clients find what works for them in their journey towards optimal health; what fits into their own lifestyles and what is sustainable for them for the long term.
